The Gap of Learning & Field (GOLF), a strategic corporate-university alliance, was established by AU Optronics Corporation (AUO), Compal Electronics, Inc. (Compal), and Wistron Corporation (Wistron).

GOLF focused on the possibilities to provide more collaborative learning experiences through the strong connections between enterprises and universities. The alliance has organized a series of lectures to host in universities around the nation.

The speech held at Jiangong Campus went on a “Cultivating Talents for the Future (產業趨勢,接軌未來人才)” on Friday, Oct 15. It was a full house though participants maintained social distancing indoor. The speakers talked about required skills for professionals in the digital era, the future trend in the ICT industry, and the agile management.

GOLF was run by two committees. Yohan Lin, VP of Powertech Technology Inc.(PTI), has been appointed Chairman for one of the committees, Education Development Committee (教育發展委員會).

Members of the alliance have helped to promote GOLF.
