When is the deadline to update the diploma mailing address?
- Diploma Mailing Address update deadline is Jul 5, 2021.
How many times can I edit my diploma mailing address?
- You can edit your diploma mailing address as many times as needed until the deadline.
Can I write a P.O. box address as my diploma mailing address to receive my diploma?
- No, you can’t. As all diplomas will be sent by international or domestic registered mails, there must be a recipient to pick up your diploma mail.
Should I update my phone number if I decide to receive my diploma at the address of my country?
- Yes, you should. If you want to receive your diplomas internationally, you should update an up-to-date PHONE NUMBER for that country in your Personal Information tab before July 5th.
What if I would be in transition like flying back to my country or staying in quarantine hotels and cannot receive my diploma mail at the address I provided?
- NKUST strongly recommends you consider adding the address of a trusted family member or friend as your diploma mailing address, so you could receive your diploma after you are safely back home.
Will I receive another diploma if I typed a wrong mailing address and did not update it correctly before July 5th?
- Sorry, you won’t.
- If you entered an INCORRECT diploma mailing address and you did not change it before Jul 5, by then, the mail may have been sent to the wrong address. NKUST will not reissue or resend another diploma free of charge.
- You may re-apply for your diploma by contacting the Registration Section.
